We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. Each customer gets one free exchange. To be eligible for an exchange and return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its full original packaging. More info here.

CHALLENGING THE ORDINARY
In my 15 years in footwear, I’ve seen sneakers become the everyday staple—but they’ve barely evolved. High-end brands focus on materials, but neglect innovation. Performance brands push technology, but lack refinement. ADYRO was created to bridge that gap—elevating everyday footwear without compromise.
The design is curated to the smallest details. Hidden parts of the shoes are still very well though for!
Long days standing aren’t a problem and the shoes fit my business attire in every situation.
I requested to return for the blue pair. Completed the questionnaire and it mentioned something about a approval process. I haven't heard back the return process could be easier.

Hi Taurus, thanks for your feedback here! We have since made this more clear when submitting a return so that everyone can be assured that we'll get back to them asap.
Our return process is the following: a return is submitted by a customer. We review it within one business day (our team is usually active Monday through Friday). After the return is approved you'll get a return label and once the shoes reach our warehouse we'll briefly check the shoes and refund you.
Very comfortable
Have been wearing these every day for the last month, first thing i noticed is how lightweight and comfortable they are without compromising style. They also have not creased they always seem to bounce back to straight shape & i love not having to deal with laces. Christmas gifts sorted for the whole family.
What can I say, I bought them 6 months ago. And since then I got three pairs. I love the style, the fact that I don't need to tie laces anymore and that they are super comfortable.

They fit great, have a stylish look and support your foot well. Way better than any large brand that I used. 10/10 would buy again.

Pretty comfy and didn't hurt to break in. Only issue is sizing because I'm 7.5 (Adidas Ultraboost) and I thought I could get away with 8's as it was suggested on the find my size. Nope, the shoe is still too big on me. I'll be honest though, they are quite comfortable.
I really love the shoe design, as it is easy going, but sophisticated and versatile at the same time - I could use them with a pair of jeans, but also with a suit.
The biggest surprise though is how comfortable they are, while providing support to the feet. Lastly, they are also pretty light in terms of weight, making them ideal to pack for a short trip. A must have!
This shoe is simply amazing. The cool lacing system is not only practical but also efficient. You slip into the shoe and give the laces a quick tug, and the shoe fits perfectly. I wear it for tracking, at work, and in my free time. People admire the shoe because it looks super elegant and sporty, for young and old alike. And what's even more extraordinary is that it feels like a high-quality performance sports shoe. I highly recommend it.
The lacing system is amazing – no more bending down or tying laces. I just slip them on and go. They fit super snug and are incredibly lightweight and comfortable. Versatile enough for any outfit and absolutely brilliant for work.

Not that it would be a main criteria to buy or not, but I never entered a shoe that felt so comfy like this one.
What else: They feel ultra light. Enjoying them with socks more than without.

Good product: performance, style. Very comfortable
I bought a pair to try out and was so impressed by the fit and comfort that I bought another pair right away.
My right and left foot differ in about a half size so it’s usually difficult to find shoes that feel good, but these really do! They don’t feel too tight or too loose, just a perfect in between.
Looks wise they look really good overall. But the little logo on the side is a really odd choice. It looks like someone just slapped a poorly cut sticker on there which takes away from the otherwise clean look. There are plenty of other logos on the shoes already, so I really hope they get rid of these in a future revision.
